Free School Meals bill is a program that requires schools in Minnesota that receive government funding to provide free school lunches and breakfast to all students. Spectrum high school provides many school lunches and breakfasts to all the students.
Staff and students were asked about their opinions about the school lunches. It appears that from the catering company that Spectrum uses, CKC Good Foods many people have similar opinions. Out of the three people that we interviewed they all had the same favorite lunch.
“My favorite lunch is probably the orange chicken” said Darrel Skog. “The sweet and sour chicken” said Jennifer Russell. “I mean the orange chicken is pretty good” said Briar Gunnarson.
We asked everyone which food they disliked the most in the cafeteria.
“When somebody brings fish, and fish makes the whole room kinda stink” said Skog. “Fish! It stinks up the cafeteria” said Russell.
Many people have favorite food and least favorite foods, this leads to when giving a specific set of foods the results include many similarities and common enemies.
