Athletic Directors, or ADs, are essential for sports to function. Being so important, they have a lot of responsibility. ADs help manage sports and keep them afloat. That is why they are so important and why it is so great that Mr. Poidinger is up for the job.
“I know he’s come to a few of our practices just to talk about scheduling things and stuff, that’s about it,” said wrestling Captain, Tegan Erikson. Erikson is glad to have a new AD, especially since Spectrum Athletics needs more people to help out.
Mr. Poidinger said that he likes the new school and he is glad to help out where he can. He has received a warm welcome and he is very grateful for it.
Gabriel Kelly, a Lacrosse player, said that he is glad to have a new AD. He knows that ADs are vital for sports to function, so he is happy to have a new one. Kelly has not met Mr. Poidinger yet, but he has heard great things.
Overall, Mr. Poidinger is a great addition to Spectrum High School. Sports teams and coaches look forward to seeing what Mr. Poidinger is all about.
